Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using vinegarcreek, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept all terms stated here, you may not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users — individual accounts, API integrations, and Enterprise clients. Use of any vinegarcreek service constitutes acceptance of the current version of these terms, effective from January 1, 2026.

Permitted Use

vinegarcreek is an AI undressing and deepfake clothing removal platform restricted to adult content creation between consenting adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the service.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use vinegarcreek to process images of real, identifiable individuals without their documented, explicit consent. Any attempt to circumvent age verification, access controls, or rate limits is grounds for immediate account termination.

Uploading images depicting minors in any context is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities. vinegarcreek cooperates fully with law enforcement on such matters.

Intellectual Property

All platform code, model architecture, API interfaces, and visual assets are the exclusive property of vinegarcreek. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service as described in your plan — no ownership of underlying technology is transferred.

Limitation of Liability

vinegarcreek provides the service on an as-is basis. The platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of generated content or API outputs.

You accept full responsibility for how you use, distribute, or publish content generated through vinegarcreek. The platform's liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.

Third-Party Services

vinegarcreek uses third-party cloud infrastructure for processing and content delivery. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. vinegarcreek is not responsible for third-party service interruptions.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity originating from your account — including API key usage — is your sole responsibility. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of all source images you upload. vinegarcreek does not claim any rights over uploaded content. Generated outputs are licensed to you for personal or commercial use as permitted under your plan tier.

Changes to Terms

vinegarcreek may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days in advance.
